There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. In Pete's opinion, the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of the clients that we have the opportunity to serve. This ability can only come through really caring about people and by having a lot of practical experience and education. We've found that this ability to listen and be sensitive to our clients' needs is the essence of great service.
Pete works exclusively by referral unlike most Realtors that spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business, doing things like cold calling, door knocking, and mailers. Because of working by referral, we don't do these things and we can devote all of my time to serving the needs of our clients before, during, and after each transaction. Everything we do in our real estate practice serves one objective and that objective is to do business in such a way that we exceed our clients' expectations.
