Pete
Whan is a native of Pasadena with extensive and
intimate knowledge of the San
Gabriel Valley, from the real estate climate and
the character of individual
neighborhoods to the best schools and restaurants.
On October 16, 1993 he
married Lisa at Saint Elizabeth's Church in
Altadena, and together they have
raised their daughter Elizabeth with their family
dog Lucky. In addition to
being a full-time real estate Broker, he is
dedicated to being involved as an
active member of his church, an avid golfer,
hiker, daddy, and husband. He is a member of the
Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors, the Arcadian Board of Realtors, in
addition to the California and National Association of Realtors and the
Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. As an active member of these organizations, he
has served as chairman of the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors -
B.O.R.P.A.C. Committee and has served on the Membership Committee and the
Orientation Committee, training new Real Estate agents. Pete continues to set
the bar for excellence in real estate service, earning the admiration of his
peers and the heartfelt thanks of his clients.
Pete has been serving the real estate needs of
the San Gabriel Valley for over three decades. He
began his career in 1990,
being personally trained and mentored by Jim
Dickson, founder of Jim Dickson
Realtors (currently Deasly, Penner, Podley
Realtors). Prior to starting his own
real estate brokerage firm, he spent 15 years
working with Keller Williams
Realty where he was the founding Partner and
Broker Partner. Pete started his
own Brokerage for the opportunity to be a part of
something special, to create
a real estate office for the future of our
industry, to give back! Pete's
dedication to providing professional,
personalized, Real Estate service and
putting client's goals first, regardless of market
conditions, has earned him
recognition in the Real Estate Community at
large.
Jessica
Lupian is a real estate broker who has over seven years of Real Estate
experience. She has held various customer service positions in diverse
industries including retail, hospitality, the medical field, government, and
Securities and Exchange Commission filing agencies creating twenty years of
customer service experience. Driven by her passion, Jessica joined the Real
Estate Industry in 2015 as an office assistant, and within a few short months,
she was able to acquire her salespersons license and Transaction Coordinator
Certification.
Early in her Real Estate career, Jessica supervised a brokerage office, managed
all the office sales transactions, conducted office operations, and she was the
listing coordinator for the brokerage. On a monthly basis, Jessica would manage
between 20 to 30 real estate transactions. Jessica had the pleasure of
representing different types of clients including first-time home buyers,
first-time home sellers, rental income investors, rehab investors, commercial
buyers, and commercial sellers. These experiences allowed her to gain strong
skill sets such as negotiating, marketing, client service, transaction
coordinating, and management.
After several years of being a salesperson licensee for Real Estate Brokerages,
Jessica decided to further develop her Real Estate career, and she earned her
Real Estate Broker’s License. This achievement granted her new opportunities to
work side by side with experienced and reputable Real Estate Brokers, she
opened her own office, and received access to Broker-only networks.
To
keep up with current times, trends, and encourage change when deemed necessary,
Jessica serves on our local Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors® (PFAR)
as a Local Government and Relations committee member as well as the
non-profit division, PFAR In Action.
Client satisfaction is Jessica’s number one priority. She’s always striving to
improve her skill set by keeping up with ever-changing requirements and gaining
insight about everything Real Estate has to offer. She attends meetings from
the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) and local Member Association
meetings.
Jessica Lupian has obtained the e-PRO® certification from the Nation Association
of Realtors (N.A.R), the most up-to-date real estate technology, strategy, and
personal information safeguard training available. Jessica has also acquired a
Certificate of Completion for Commercial Real Estate, enhancing property
valuation and transactional analysis which include lease and sales
negotiations.
Jessica Lupian is always looking to provide valuable guidance and resources to
her clients during what can be the most stressful financial transaction anyone
can go through. She tends to exceed the expectations of the people she works
with, and prides herself in client satisfaction. Jessica is dedicated to
serving her clients with the utmost care and professionalism, while
