With years of experience in the industry and a proven track record, Tahisha has honed her skills in negotiating, problem-solving, market analysis, networking, property management, and project management but most importantly she is customer-driven and resourceful. Now an empty nester, with additional time to dedicate to others, she has joined Pete Whan & Associates. When a client, it was Pete who inspired Tahisha to pursue a real estate license.
Tahisha’s passion to help others extends beyond a professional setting. Since 1995, she has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and formerly held a position as Foundation Chair for Jack & Jill of America, Inc., Inland Empire Chapter while holding numerous committee positions in both organizations. A Pasadena native, Tahisha had the pleasure of serving as event Co-Chair for one year’s Relay For Life event in her hometown. When Tahisha is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, supporting her daughter (the artist & college student), exploring new destinations, and getting lost in a good movie/series with her husband she has known since the 2nd grade.

Lisa has a degree in Apparel Arts, with a particular focus on Design and Merchandising, Business Law, Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Marketing. Since Pete Whan and Associates' inception 35 years ago, she has played a pivotal role in the marketing, branding, and coordination of events.
As a native of Pasadena, Lisa is dedicated to her community. She married her then-boyfriend, Pete Whan, in 1993 at St. Elizabeth's Church in Altadena. They have since raised their daughter, Elizabeth, with their family dog, Lucky. In her leisure time, Lisa enjoys swimming, birdwatching, hiking, and snow skiing, and is devoted to her faith.
Brittney is an expert Transaction Coordinator and 3rd generation real estate fanatic with almost 20 years of transaction experience and a background in file management. Brittney holds a Real Estate license through the California Department of Real Estate and has received a Certified Transaction Coordinator honor through the California Association of Realtors.
